Rail infrastructure
Our services include development and manufacturing design, prototyping, electrical integration of assemblies, as well as certification and series production of sustainable photon products for railway infrastructure.
System enclosure
The Rail Cabinet Photon (RCP) is the new generation of outdoor cabinets in the digitalized track field of the future at DB AG. The double-walled design made of stainless steel, scalable sizes, expandability, passive air conditioning and the required burglary resistance class RC2 with certificate for the entire cabinet enable certified, stable installation in the crack area of an overhead line.

Electrical energy systems (EES)
Photon has also been building up a product portfolio in the field of 50Hz electrical energy systems for several years.
Power supply stations for freight trains and connection boxes for switch heating and switch drives offer easy-to-install, intelligent product solutions.
Communication technology
Photon supplies communication terminals for intercom stations and emergency call and information pillars (NIS), including installation accessories. An extensive range of intercom stations and terminals for analog, GSM or Voice-over-IP technology, tried and tested for decades, is available for installation on traffic routes, in railroad stations or (airports) ports, in tunnels or industrial plants, optionally in plastic or stainless steel for free-standing installation or for wall mounting.
Manufacturing technology and service
We support our customers right from the start and carry out testing and approval processes independently thanks to our many years of experience. During production, product quality is continuously monitored through defined tests. This is confirmed by appropriate documentation. Even after delivery of the goods, we continue to provide our customers with service and support.
