Quality assurance

Certified quality, measurable safety.

Quality is the basis for safety and reliability. Using state-of-the-art 3D measurement technology, we check even XXL assemblies with tenth-of-a-millimeter precision and compare them with CAD data. Automated process monitoring in laser welding ensures consistent results, while certified processes in accordance with ISO 9001 or DIN EN 15085 guarantee transparency and traceability. Each component is given a unique ID so that welding parameters and test reports are fully documented.

The result: reproducible quality, less waste, shorter turnaround times—and maximum security for our customers.

3D measurement technology for XXL components

Using state-of-the-art 3D measuring systems, we inspect components with the highest technological demands – either stationary in the production hall or mobile directly on the line. Side panels, roof sections, or door areas are compared with CAD data and digitally documented. This is how we guarantee compliance with dimensions, even for large-scale welded assemblies.

Real-time process monitoring during welding

Our laser systems monitor process parameters such as energy input & laser power, focal position, and wire feed in real time. Deviations are detected immediately, ensuring consistent weld quality and strength. This eliminates time-consuming rework and defects are repaired promptly. This stabilizes delivered quality and reduces complaints. Less scrap also means shorter throughput times and lower costs.

Certified manufacturing processes

We manufacture in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, and DIN EN 15085. Regular audits, training courses, and documented test plans ensure compliance with international standards. Customers not only receive tested components, but also the necessary documentation for approvals and acceptance. Safety can thus be verified at any time.

Traceability & Documentation

Each component is assigned a unique ID that is linked to the melt number, welding parameters, and test reports. This complete traceability creates transparency across the entire manufacturing process.

For operators, this means:

  • quick responses to queries
  • clear evidence of acceptance
  • maximum operational safety
