Areas of responsibility

• Entering and modifying article master data, work plans, and parts lists in the ERP system (Navision)
• Creation of production orders and planning of the production sequence, taking into account capacities and delivery dates to ensure optimal utilization
• Creating drawings from 3D models
• Design of fixtures and clamping devices for production (Creo)
• Project management for the introduction of zero series, including technical customer communication
• Preparation of calculations for cost optimization Collaboration and implementation of change management, including feasibility studies
• Optimization of existing processes and participation in the CIP process

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree, state-certified technician/master craftsman, or many years of professional experience.
• Experience in the design, development, and planning of manufacturing methods for sheet metal and welded assemblies, as well as knowledge of the design of positioning, clamping, and transport devices.
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, ERP software (preferably MS Dynamics Navision), and 3D CAD (preferably Creo Elements Direct).
• Social skills: technical understanding, structured and independent way of working, cost awareness.
• Language skills: German; English skills are an advantage.
