Area of responsibility

  • You perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work on our system technology.
  • Your area of responsibility includes our 3D laser welding systems including robots, laser technology and fixtures, 2D and 3D laser cutting systems, press brakes and deep-drawing presses, as well as other machinery, equipment, and operating resources.
  • You analyze malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and resolve them independently.
  • You reliably carry out preventive maintenance measures in accordance with maintenance schedules.
  • You carefully document malfunctions, repairs, and technical modifications.
  • You analyze existing processes and develop solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and plant performance.
  • You will support the construction and modification of our systems engineering, as well as its further development.
  • Together with the production, quality, and engineering departments, you will work on the continuous optimization of our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • You have completed a technical education, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician for industrial engineering, industrial mechanic, or in a comparable field. Alternatively, you have a technician degree or a completed degree (Bachelor's) in a technical field.
  • You are passionate about an industrial working environment and modern manufacturing technologies.
  • Ideally, you bring professional experience in the fields of robotics, automation technology, laser technology, or welding technology.
  • Experience with PLC-controlled systems as well as with Reis or KUKA robot controllers is an advantage.
  • You are ready to continuously develop yourself professionally and personally.
  • Your work method is structured, independent, and solution-oriented.
  • You excel at teamwork, a sense of responsibility, and initiative.
  • Good spoken and written German skills round out your profile.
