Area of responsibility

• Performing maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on highly automated laser welding systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ensuring high technical plant availability
• Support for the commissioning of new plants and production lines
• Optimization of existing processes regarding efficiency, quality, and plant performance
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to maintenance plans
• Documentation of malfunctions, repairs, and technical modifications
• Close collaboration with production, quality assurance, and process development
• Support for technical projects and renovations
• Compliance with all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• You have completed technical training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician for industrial engineering, industrial mechanic, or in a comparable field.
• You have experience in the maintenance of industrial production facilities.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of laser technology, welding technology, or automation technology.
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems and Reis or KUKA controls is an advantage.
• You have a good technical understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and pneumatics.
• Your work method is structured, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Teamwork and a sense of responsibility are your strengths.
