Areas of responsibility:

• Strategische und operative Leitung der Fertigung inkl. interner Logistik und Instandhaltung
• Abteilungsübergreifende Abstimmung zur Organisation und Sicherstellung der Supply Chain
• Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Produktions-, Qualitäts- und Kostenziele
• Steuerung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen (OEE, KPI, Lean)
• Budgetverantwortung für Material-, Personal-, Energie- und Instandhaltungskosten
• Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsfähigen Shopfloor-Managements
• Förderung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheits- und Null-Unfall-Kultur
• Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden

Requirements:

• Technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
• Erfahrung in Lean-Management und Prozessoptimierung
• Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
• Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
