Area of responsibility

• Du führst Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an unseren Produktionsanlagen und Betriebsmitteln durch.
• Du analysierst mechanische, pneumatische, hydraulische und elektromechanische Störungen und behebst diese eigenständig.
• Vorbeugende Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen setzt Du zuverlässig nach Wartungsplänen um.
• Du unterstützt bei der Installation, dem Umbau und der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen.
• Du führst Funktionsprüfungen durch und stellst die sichere Betriebsbereitschaft unserer Anlagen sicher.
• Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten dokumentierst Du sorgfältig.
• Du unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit und wirkst bei der Optimierung von Wartungsprozessen mit.
• Gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Produktion, Qualität und Logistik arbeitest Du eng zusammen, um Stillstandszeiten zu minimieren.
• Du unterstützt bei allgemeinen technischen Aufgaben rund um Gebäude, Infrastruktur und Betriebsmittel.

Requirements

• You have completed technical training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician for industrial engineering, industrial mechanic, or in a comparable field.
• You have experience in the maintenance of industrial production facilities.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of laser technology, welding technology, or automation technology.
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems and Reis or KUKA controls is an advantage.
• You have a good technical understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and pneumatics.
• Your work method is structured, independent, and solution-oriented.
• Teamwork and a sense of responsibility are your strengths.
