Areas of responsibility:

• Support of national and international clients in daily business
• Close collaboration with the account team
• Preparation and follow-up of customer service requests
• Creation, maintenance, and tracking of offers
• Order processing through to invoicing
• Active outbound communication with existing customers
• Customer and order data maintenance in the ERP system
• Coordination with production, purchasing, production planning, and logistics

Requirements:

• Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or order management
• Enjoy direct customer contact by phone and email
• Good internal teaming and enjoyment of close collaboration with the account team
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach
• Secure handling of MS Office; ERP experience a plus
• Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
