ERP expert (m/f/d)

Areas of responsibility:

  • Maintenance and control of material master data, parts lists and work plans in the ERP system
  • Carrying out and monitoring inventory and consumption postings in production
  • Daily check of booking and confirmation processes for completeness and plausibility
  • Analysis and correction of posting differences, stock shortages and consumption variances
  • Support in the standardization and optimization of ERP-supported material and production processes
  • Creation of evaluations and reports on inventories, consumption and system deviations
  • Participation in ERP projects, system tests and further developments in close cooperation with IT, logistics and production
  • Support with stocktaking and improving inventory accuracy

 

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial or technical training with a focus on production logistics, materials management or IT systems
  • Several years of professional experience in working with an ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, proALPHA or Infor) in a manufacturing company
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of warehouse management, material booking and production feedback
  • Good understanding of production and material flows and their mapping in the ERP system
  • Confident handling of MS Excel, ideally experience with BI tools or reporting systems
  • Analytical way of thinking, high affinity for numbers and careful way of working
  • Communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment between production, logistics and IT
