_Our USP

Our strength lies in the combination of decades of experience and state-of-the-art technologies. We develop, manufacture, and test complex assemblies for rail vehicle construction—all from a single source. From the first prototype to series production, we ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Thanks to the laser welding technology we use, we set standards in lightweight construction and create weight-reduced components that guarantee low weight and maximum stability. Our expertise can also be transferred to other mobility industries where efficiency and durability are crucial.

What sets us apart

Photon Produktionshalle

Laser welding as a key technology

We use laser beam welding as a key driver of innovation. Concentrated energy input creates high-strength, precise joints that enable lightweight construction in series production. Tailored blanks allow us to adapt wall thicknesses specifically to loads, T-joints replace heavy flanges, and filler wire ensures stability even for safety-relevant components in rail vehicle construction. Robot-assisted processes and intelligent offline programming guarantee maximum repeatability and minimize rework. This enables us to create lightweight, dimensionally accurate structural components that can be reproduced reliably and efficiently—laying the foundation for modern, sustainable mobility.

We offer a complete in-house process chain – from simulation and tool design to prototyping, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Deep drawing, laser cutting, 3D laser welding, and CNC machining are seamlessly integrated. This vertical range of manufacture reduces interfaces, ensures confidentiality, and speeds up processes. When developing new products, we combine our customers' design expertise with our manufacturing technology knowledge. This results in solutions that offer maximum flexibility – from prototypes to series production, from small orders to large projects.

References & Industry Partnerships

Our components are used in trains from leading manufacturers. At the same time, we are involved in forward-looking research and development projects, working with our customers and partners to shape a more efficient future with our diverse engineering expertise. This dual role as an industrial partner and research driver ensures that our customers receive solutions that are ready for series production today and pioneering tomorrow.

The shortage of skilled workers is also affecting rail vehicle manufacturing. Robot-assisted laser welding processes ensure independence from manual welders. Offline programming allows rapid adaptation of component geometries without production downtime. One programmer can prepare multiple robot lines, and one operator can control multiple systems. Multi-system operation makes production efficient and flexible. even with changing quantities.
