Automated process monitoring in laser welding ensures consistent results, while certified processes in accordance with ISO 9001 or DIN EN 15085 guarantee transparency and traceability. Each component is given a unique ID so that welding parameters and test reports are fully documented.

3D measurement technology for XXL components
We test components using state-of-the-art 3D measuring systems with the highest technological standards – stationär in der Fertigungshalle oder mobil direkt an der Linie. Seitenwände, Dachsegmente oder Türbereiche werden mit CAD-Daten verglichen und digital dokumentiert. So garantieren wir die Einhaltung von Maßen auch bei großdimensionierten Schweißbaugruppen.
Our laser systems monitor process parameters such as energy input and laser power, focus position, and wire feed in real time. Deviations are detected immediately, and weld seams remain consistent in quality and strength. This eliminates time-consuming rework. and errors are repaired immediately. This stabilizes the quality of the delivered product and reduces complaints. Less waste also means shorter turnaround times and lower costs.

We manufacture in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, and DIN EN 15085. Regular audits, training courses, and documented test plans ensure compliance with international standards. Customers not only receive tested components, but also the necessary documentation for approvals and acceptance. Safety can thus be verified at any time.
Each component is assigned a unique ID that is linked to the melt number, welding parameters, and test reports. This complete traceability creates transparency across the entire manufacturing process.
